PERSONALITY: Desiderio is pretty much a double agent. He'll play on the winning side to get his way. He also enjoys chess, his favorite side being the black pieces. He also sees the world as something that can be controlled and ruled, not given the choice to have free will. Because in his eyes, free will means there is no order or no rules, which he would set down. He doesn’t care how many casualties are losing as long as he wins as well. Like in chess, he thinks if a king leads his army, they will follow their king like lost sheep. This is also how he sees the world, like lost sheep waiting for a king. Despite all that, he’s just down right evil. He’ll manipulate, betray, and even backstab to be on the winning side. Because to him, losers are weak and that is not helping him toward his goals. He also sees himself as perfect, with no equal. No one is as great as him and no one can match his skills.
BACKGROUND: Adopted into the Cosmo family when he was just a baby, Desiderio had always been a good boy for most of his life. Most would even consider him normal, because for the most part, he did what normal boys did. But in actuality, he was far different from most. He didn’t want friends, but slaves to his will. That is because of his views, his very frightening and twisted views of the world. One would even say that his views are “cruel”, but that’s not how he sees it. He sees it as justice and order. To make a purified world, become king of it, and to, in his eyes, make it better for everyone, but mostly for himself. The question remains though, why does he see the world in such a twisted way?
The answer is simple. When he was about 12, he realized the world needed to be cleansed, washed of all its mistakes and wrongs. That is what he planned to do, by making the world his own. To right the wrongs of the world and make it how he sees fit. That is why he wants to control all and bring order to it, to satisfy his life’s goal. Even being just a civilian, he knew he could bring order to the world if he so wanted it. This is why he plans to become the world’s future ruler, to settle everything. Some might say he’s trying to play God, but that’s not the case. He wants to be King, not God. And that is one of his reasons for being in Japan, he heard of the technology and great minds that lived in the country. So he transferred schools, to grasp this and to step closer to his life’s ultimate goal.
Also unknown to Desiderio; he has a twin younger brother, a boy by the name of Keita Yamaguchi. The two were separated after birth because their parents couldn't afford to have two children, so they put Desideserio up for adoption. That's also why they do not know of their existences as of yet.
